Contributions to the Society and ‘Society Members’ as leader of SRVCS

1. Organised many silent/ Gandhian movements for the promotion of depressed and marginalized classes.
2. Organised Family Units in the 90’s to promote better family relations among the members of S.R.V.C.S. This turned to be a model project for similar NGOS
3. Organised Pre-marriage counselling classes, which again worked as a model scheme for simila NGOS.
4. Encouraged Micro Finance Scheme as part of women empowerment wich promoted democratic values and saving habits among women.
5. Encouraged students who come out with flying colours in examinations. Also promoted weaker students to come up in their lives by conducting remedial classes.
6. Organised many career development courses to students & the youth by infusing confidence in them.
7. Organised many pre- examination coaching classes in rural areas for students and unemployed youth who wish to appear for Competitive examinations.
8. Organised Media Awareness Camps, Compering Classes, Art Appreciation Classes etc. for the younger generation.
9. Promoted value based education by highlighting the great tradition and culture of India.
10. Disseminated reformative ideas through various conscientisation programmes.
11. Introduced ‘Navodhana Jayanthi’ Celebrations in Kerala for the first time.
12. Organised ‘Nellikkuzhi Pilgrimage’ from Palani to Nelikkuzhi, addressing national and international issues, perhaps the first of its kind in the world.
